Job summary

Home Instead is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors in Davidson, Guilford, and Alamance counties with companionship and daily living activities. This role offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, paid training, and benefits based on eligibility.

You will help clients stay safe at home, assist with meals and light chores, and provide friendly, respectful care to enhance their well-being. Join a supportive team with 24/7 resources, ongoing scheduling flexibility, and a referral

Qualifications

• 6+ months paid caregiving experience (non-family) or CNA/HHA/LPN/RN.
• Reliable transportation to and from clients.
• Two professional references.
• Available for at least two weekly shifts with the same client.
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills; bilingual encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and friendly conversation.
• Help with meals and light housekeeping.
• Support with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, restroom use).
• Help clients stay safe and comfortable at home.

Requirements
