Nurse Next Door Home Care Services in San Francisco, CA is seeking compassionate caregivers to support Happier Aging with the client's care plan and daily living activities. The role is available as Part-time or Full-time, offering flexible scheduling and competitive hourly pay.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, meal planning, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and documenting services performed. Candidates must have an active Home Care Aide registration with the State.

Formación

Job Description

Starts – Immediately

Part time / Full time

$21 – $25 per hour

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities

• Execute the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer.
• Help clients with their ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) that are within the scope of practice for a Registered Health Care Aide.
• Assisting clients with personal hygiene such as skin, mouth, hair care, bathing, and dressing.
• Meal planning and preparation
• Performing household services including housekeeping, laundry,
• Assisting clients with medications reminders which are ordinarily self-administered.
• Reporting changes in the client’s condition and needs to the administrator or care designer.
• Completing records regarding services performed.
• Driving to appointments or to run errands.
• Accurately records all hours worked.
• Remains alert throughout the shift in case client requires assistance, responds immediately to any such needs by providing the assistance required, or calling theCompany for guidance.
• Participating in all required entry-level and annual training requirements.
• Maintaining an active home care aide registration with the State of Ca. Dept. of SocialServices Home Care Services Bureau.
• Other duties as assigned by the administrator or designee.
