Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to support seniors in Shingletown, CA. The role offers an $18.00 hourly rate with weekly pay and direct deposit, and a schedule that fits around ADL assistance and companionship needs.

You will work in clients’ homes, providing personal care, mobility assistance, medication reminders, and safety checks. A HS diploma and background check are required; benefits and ongoing training are available.

• Provide personal care and support to seniors to help them live safely at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal prep, shopping, transportation, companionship.
• Assist with ambulation, transferring, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders and document client conditions for supervisor awareness.
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
• Engage clients with activities that bring joy, like puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies.

Responsibilities

• Provide the personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises
• Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies

Requirements

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role, preferred
• Clear Background Check & Drug Screen
• We do not test for THC
• Valid CA driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation
• Compassionate and helping nature, good communicator and ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
