Job summary

Home Instead is seeking in-home caregivers to help seniors live safely and comfortably in their own homes across Albuquerque. You will provide one-on-one care, build meaningful relationships, and support daily routines in a home setting.

The role offers weekly pay, potential bonuses, and eligibility for benefits after qualifying periods, including paid holidays and mileage reimbursement for visits between clients.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of paid caregiving experience (non-family).
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Basic English reading, speaking and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with bathing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Support daily routines and independence.
