Job summary

Home Instead in Albuquerque, NM is hiring in home caregivers to help seniors live safely and comfortably in their own homes. This role emphasizes one-on-one care and meaningful relationships with clients, with flexible schedules and weekly pay.

You'll provide companionship, help with bathing and daily tasks, and support routines while maintaining client independence. A minimum of 6 months paid caregiving experience (or CNA/HHA/LPN/RN) is required, plus reliable transportation and ability to work

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of paid caregiving experience (non-family), OR CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN certification
• Reliable transportation to client homes
• Able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s)
• Basic English reading, speaking, and writing skills
• Complete required compliance or licensing steps
