Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking a Caregiver/Home Care Aide in Grass Valley, CA. You will provide personal care, assist with daily living activities, and support clients in their homes, promoting independence and safety.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least six months in healthcare, a valid California driver’s license, and a commitment to compassionate, quality care. Benefits include weekly pay, 1:1 client-to-aide care, and opportunities for training and tuition support.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a healthcare role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear Background Check & Drug Screen (THC not tested)
• Valid CA driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation
• Compassionate and helping nature, good communicator, able to lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support services to seniors living in their home.
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal prep and companionship.
• Assist with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders and document client condition for supervisor.
• Ensure a safe home environment and engage clients in activities they enjoy.

As a Caregiver/Home Care Aide, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

• Provide personal care and support services to seniors living in their home
