Job summary

HomeWell Care Services is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one non-medical care for seniors in their own homes. You will build relationships, support daily living activities, and help clients age in place with empathy and integrity.

This role offers full or part-time options, competitive pay, and opportunities for advancement as part of a nationwide team dedicated to improving seniors’ quality of life.

Qualifications

• No healthcare certification is required; CNA, HHA, or 6+ months caregiving preferred.
• Experience with Dementia and Alzheimer's care is a plus.
• Daily access to email, the Internet, and a mobile phone.
• Pass a criminal background check (national and state as required).
• Proof of current, negative TB test.
• Must be physically able to lift, push and pull ~25lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; travel up to 15 miles.

You work individually with clients, one-on-one, providing a variety of non-medical services that allows you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes. Responsibilities

With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but are not limited to:

• Social companionship
• Support with a variety of daily living tasks such as feeding and medication reminders, bathing/dressing and personal hygiene, grooming, toileting, dressing, light housekeeping, light cleaning, laundry and cooking/meal preparation
• Transportation to appointments, errands and social outings
• Standby assistance with transfers
• Overnight safety assistance

• No healthcare certification is required, but CNA, HHA, or 6 months plus caring for geriatric, chronically ill, or disabled persons preferred
• Experience with Dementia and Alzheimer's care a plus
• Daily access to email, the Internet, and a mobile phone
• Pass a criminal background check (national and any required by the state)
• Proof of current, negative, tuberculosis (TB) test
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position, including the ability to lift, push and pull approximately 25lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation in addition to proof of valid driver's license and valid automobile insurance
• Ability to travel 15 miles for any scheduled shifts
• A compassionate heart for older adults
• Must possess excellent communication skills
• Are mature, caring, punctual and reliable

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
