Job summary

HomeWell Care Services is seeking compassionate Caregivers, CNAs, and PCAs to provide non-medical, in-home support for seniors who wish to age in place. You will work one-on-one with clients, assisting with daily activities, offering companionship, and helping families manage care in a trusted home setting.

Locations across the United States, including North Carolina, with flexible schedules and training. Roles vary by franchise; starting wages range from $13 to $17 per hour, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Strong compassion for helping people and working one on one.
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position.
• Driver’s License.
• Prior experience with dementia patients and senior care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bathing, grooming, and toileting, dressing.
• Assistance with ambulation and medication reminders.
• Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) and report on their condition.
• Light cooking and cleaning, feeding.
• Transportation for appointments and errands.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Providing conversation and social tasks.
• Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and linen changing.
• Planning and preparing meals.
• Helping family members learn safe care techniques.

We are looking for compassionate Caregivers CNA's and PCA's, that would love the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others. Our Companion Caregivers are not only reliable, dependable and honest, but also compassionate and caring.

You will work independently, one-on-one with clients, assisting with a variety of daily activities, forming relationships and providing non-medical services for seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes.

Experienced Candidates and Non experienced. We are willing to train so no experience necessary.

Responsibilities
