Job summary

HomeWell Care Services UT321 is hiring caregivers to help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. You’ll provide companionship, basic meals, and personal care with a focus on meaningful, patient-centered support.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA certification preferred.
• Prior experience with seniors is preferred but no experience is necessary; training provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable transportation and valid driver's license if transporting clients.
• Ability to pass a state-required background check.
• Ability to perform physical caregiving duties with compassion.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Prepare light meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support mobility and medication reminders.
• Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities.
• Encourage independence while delivering compassionate, personalized care.

What You'll Do

As a HomeWell Caregiver, you'll help individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they love most—their own home.

• Providing companionship and meaningful conversation

What We're Looking For

We're searching for dependable, compassionate individuals who genuinely enjoy serving others.

Preferred qualifications include

• CNA or HHA certification preferred

• Dependable transportation
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance if transporting clients
• Current TB test (or willingness to obtain one)
• Ability to perform the physical duties of caregiving
• Caring, dependable, professional, and punctual
• Ability to successfully pass a state-required criminal background check
