Job summary

A Better Solution in Home Care in Bothell, WA is hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers (HCA/CNA) to join our in-home care team serving Bellevue to Lake Stevens. You will help clients stay comfortable, safe, and independent.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, meals, light housekeeping, companionship, and following care plans. Washington HCA/CNA certification or coursework, reliability, and strong communication are needed; CPR/First Aid is a plus.

Qualifications

• Washington State HCA/CNA certification or actively pursuing certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently in clients' homes and communicate effectively.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as per care plan.
• Prepare meals and assist with mealtime needs.
• Provide light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and household support.
• Observe and report changes in client health or needs.
• Provide companionship and meaningful interaction.
• Follow care plans and complete shift documentation, including notes on care provided.
