A Better Solution in Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers (HCA/CNA) to join our team in the Bothell office. We serve Bellevue to Lake Stevens, with clients all over needing care, and we value building meaningful relationships through one-on-one support at home.

Qualifications

• Washington State HCA or CNA certification, or currently working toward certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working independently in a client’s home.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to meet Washington State background and employment requirements.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
• Previous caregiving experience is helpful, but we encourage qualified caregivers with a passion for helping others to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as outlined in their care plan.
• Prepare meals and assist with mealtime needs.
• Provide light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and other household support.
• Observe and report changes in a client’s condition or needs.
• Provide companionship and meaningful interaction.
• Provide medication reminders according to the client’s care plan.
• Follow individualized care plans and complete required shift documentation.
