A home care service provider in Gainesville is looking for compassionate Caregivers to support seniors in their homes. Responsibilities include companionship, light cooking, personal care, and transportation to appointments. Qualifications

• CNA or HHA license preferred; 6 months full-time or 12 months part-time experience caring for elderly or chronically ill.
• Experience with dementia and/or hospice cases is a plus.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Proof of current TB testing
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
• Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
• Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state)

We are looking for compassionate Caregivers to be part of our team and join us in our mission of enhancing seniors’ lives, one day at a time. You work individually with clients, one-on-one, providing a variety of non-medical services that allows you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but not limited to:

• Companionship
• Light cooking and cleaning
• Bathing, grooming and toileting
• Assistance with ambulation and medication reminders
• Transportation for appointments and errands

QUALIFICATIONS
