Job summary

Ivy Living is seeking a dedicated Care Provider for Ivy Park at Monterey to support residents with daily activities and personal care. The role emphasizes preserving independence and dignity within a compassionate, five‑star service environment.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to respond to needs, maintain safety, and promote meaningful resident experiences while adhering to health and safety protocols and company values.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service and communication in interactions with residents, families and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as per care plan, including eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring and mobility.
• Respond promptly to resident needs while maintaining dignity, safety and confidentiality.
• Maintain a safe environment and promote teamwork across departments.
