Job summary

Ivy Living by Oakmont Management Group seeks a part-time Care Provider for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday, 2 PM–10 PM) at Ivy Park at Tustin. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, ensuring safety, and communicating any changes to supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) including eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring and continence.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following established safety standards.
• Communicate observed or suspected changes to a supervisor and collaborate with team members.
