Job summary

Oakmont Management Group seeks a Care Provider (Caregiver) in El Dorado Hills, CA for a full-time PM shift (2:00 PM–10:15 PM). Your role supports residents with daily living activities, promotes independence, and ensures safety and dignity in care.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service and communication with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per care plan.
• Support independence while ensuring safety, dignity and confidentiality.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and communicate changes to a supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and cooperate with team members.

The Care Provider is responsible for providing personal assistance and daily care and services related to the residents in order to enhance the residents independence and quality of life in accordance with the companys mission and values Responsibilities Assist residents in their Activities of Daily Living ADL as specified in the residents service and care plan This includes eating bathing dressing toileting transferring walking and continenceRespond to residents needs promptly while maintaining residents self respect dignity safety and confidentialityCommunicate any observed or suspected resident change of condition to a supervisor immediatelyMaintain a safe and secure environment for all staff residents and guests following established safety standardsEncourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co workers and other departments

Qualifications Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidateMust be at least 18 years of ageHigh School Diploma or GEDExcellent customer service skillsStrong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needsPossess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees supervisors physicians healthcare professionals residents and their familiesMust pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests including physical and TB TestsFor the health and safety of our team members and residents Oakmont Management Group may require team members to vaccinate participate in daily screening surveillance testing and to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment PPE to prevent the spread of the COVID 19 or other communicable diseases per regulatory guidelines
