Oakmont Management Group’s Ivy Park Cathedral Hill in San Francisco is seeking a Care Provider to assist residents with Activities of Daily Living on the PM shift Sunday through Thursday. This full-time position offers a pay range of $21.00 to $23.00 per hour and requires no prior experience, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience not required; on-the-job training provided.

• Good written and verbal communication with residents and families.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per care plans (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents’ needs while protecting dignity, safety and confidentiality.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with co-workers and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in their Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as specified in the resident’s service and care plan. This includes eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring (walking), and continence.
• Respond to residents' needs promptly while maintaining residents' self-respect, dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Communicate any observed or suspected resident change of condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
• For the health and safety of our team members and residents, Oakmont Management Group may require team members to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 or other communicable diseases, per regulatory guidelines.
