The Evergreen Inn is seeking a compassionate Caregiver in Vancouver, WA for a full-time overnight shift. As part of Agemark Senior Living, you will support residents with daily needs and promote independence, while building meaningful relationships with residents and staff.

You must hold an active CNA credential and be willing to work overnights, weekends, and holidays. Earn a $1/hour differential and enjoy benefits as part of a values-driven culture.

• Support Daily Living: Assist residents with dressing, bathing, meals, and other personal needs.
• Promote Independence: Encourage residents to remain active and involved in their daily routines.
• Monitor Well-Being: Watch for changes in residents’ conditions and report concerns promptly.
• Build Connections: Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Create Comfort: Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment throughout the overnight hours.
