Job summary

CountryHouse Residence, an Agemark Senior Living community in Dickinson, ND, is seeking a Full-Time Evening Shift Caregiver to support residents with daily activities and well-being. You will be part of a compassionate team focused on safety, comfort, and connection for older adults.

Ideal candidates bring patience, dependability, and a caring attitude. Training is provided, and benefits accompany a schedule that respects evenings and weekends.

At CountryHouse Residence, an Agemark Senior Living community, our Caregivers play an important role in helping residents feel safe, supported, and at home. We’re looking for a Full-Time Evening Shift Caregiver who brings compassion, reliability, and a genuine desire to serve older adults.

What You’ll Do

• Daily Support: Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, meals, and personal care.
• Resident Well-Being: Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition or concerns.
• Meaningful Connections: Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Engagement: Encourage residents to participate in activities that promote connection, independence, and enjoyment.
• Teamwork: Work closely with team members to provide personalized, compassionate care.
• Safety & Dignity: Help maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for every resident.

What We’re Looking For

• Compassion: Patience and a genuine interest in serving older adults.

• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with residents, families, and team members.
• Dependability: Reliable and ready to support residents and your team during scheduled shifts.
• Experience: Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required. Training is provided.
