Job summary

CountryHouse Cedar Rapids, part of Agemark Senior Living, is hiring part-time caregivers to support residents across all shifts. You’ll provide compassionate daily living assistance, monitor wellbeing, and engage residents in meaningful activities while partnering with families and team members.

What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including dressing, bathing, and meals.

• Monitor residents’ well-being and promptly report changes in condition.

• Engage residents in activities that encourage connection and independence.

• Work closely with families and team members to provide personalized, compassionate care.

• Promote safety, dignity, and respect in everything you do.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training!
