Job summary

CountryHouse Residence in Elkhorn, NE is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers for part-time hours. You will help residents with daily living activities, monitor well-being, and support meaningful connections to make residents feel at home.

We value a positive attitude, strong communication, and teamwork. Training is provided, and you’ll join a supportive staff focused on safety, dignity, and respect in every interaction.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and genuine passion for working with seniors.
• Strong communication skills and a patient, compassionate approach.
• A dependable team player who enjoys helping others.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training!

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including dressing, bathing, and meals.
• Monitor residents' well-being and promptly report changes in condition.
• Engage residents in activities that encourage connection and independence.
• Work closely with families and team members to provide personalized, compassionate care.
• Promote safety, dignity, and respect in everything you do.
