The Orchards is a beautifully constructed health center offering Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Memory Care services. We provide a stable and loving work environment with growth opportunities and tuition assistance.

We’re seeking a reliable caregiver to support residents and participate in our talent development program. Roles include assisting with daily activities, ensuring safety, and contributing to a high-quality care environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of caregiving experience, preferably in an Assisted Living or healthcare center.
• Experience with customer service is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to work in a health care and CCRC environment.
• Legally Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• As a Caregiver, you will assist residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting, and exercising.
• You may assist residents with transfers, transports, and escorts as needed.
• You will keep rooms safe and orderly, this may include changing bed linens and making beds.

• $21 - $22.50 based on caregiving experience

As a Caregiver, you will assist residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting, and exercising. You may assist residents with transfers, transports, and escorts as needed. You will keep rooms safe and orderly, this may include changing bed linens and making beds.
