Job summary

The Orchards is a beautifully constructed health center providing living options in Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Memory Care. We offer growth opportunities, on-demand pay, and a supportive work environment.

As a Caregiver, you will assist residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, and exercises, and may help with transfers or transports. English communication and safety focus are essential; 1+ year caregiving experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of caregiving experience preferred.
• Experience with customer service is highly preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting, and exercising.
• May assist with transfers, transports, and escorts as needed.
• Keep rooms safe and orderly, including changing bed linens and making beds.

What you will bring

Our ideal candidate will be reliable and follow safety procedures and duties assigned by a supervisor.

• Preferred 1+ years of caregiving experience, preferably in an Assisted Living or healthcare center.
• Experience with customer service is highly preferred.
• Required strong communication skills and the ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to work in a heath care and CCRC environment.
• Legally Authorized to work in the United States
