Job summary

Vitality Living Baypoint Village in Hudson, FL is seeking a dedicated caregiver for a full-time 2pm-10pm shift. You will help residents with daily activities, simple treatments, and emotional support, following service plans.

You will assist in developing and revising service plans, report issues to the nurse on duty, participate in onboarding and trainings, and perform other duties as requested by the Wellness Director. Vitality Living is an equal opportunity employer.

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with performance of activities, simple treatments, and emotional health and/or problem behavioral issues as indicated in service plans
• Assist in development and revision of service plans by informing supervisor of current resident needs and preferences, as well as successful service approaches
• Observe and report resident problems to LPN (if on duty) or Medication Tech/Aid
• Attend and participate in onboarding, annual and in-service training and team member meetings, as requested
• Perform other duties as assigned by Wellness Director

• Maintain any certification as required by state or provincial regulations
• Meet state or provincial health related requirements

• Shift: 2pm-10pm
