Job Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities, treatments, and emotional or behavioral issues as outlined in service plans.
• Contribute to the development and revision of service plans by informing supervisors of resident needs and successful approaches.
• Observe and report resident problems to the appropriate staff.
• Participate in onboarding, training, and team meetings.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Wellness Director.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Maintain required certifications as per state regulations.
• Meet health requirements as mandated by state or provincial laws.
