Pay:
- Starting at $16.00/HR, based on experience

- Night Shift: 7:00 pm - 7:00 am

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed and directed, including bathing, grooming, personal and dental hygiene, transportation to meals and activities, bowel and bladder functions, shaving, dressing, hair care, and laundry, as documented in the resident’s service plan.
- Provide resident comfort by utilizing resources and materials; transport residents; answer call lights promptly; report observations to the nursing supervisor when appropriate.
- Respond promptly to residents’ needs while maintaining their self-respect, dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
- Assist residents in and out of bed and wheelchairs following safe lifting and transferring techniques.
- Support engagement staff in carrying out planned activities.
- Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records electronically.
- Follow universal precautions and established policies concerning exposure to blood and body fluids.
- Adhere to professional standards, community policies, procedures, and legal requirements to serve and protect the community.
- Update job knowledge through education, reading professional publications, participating in organizations, and maintaining licensure/certification.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests by following safety standards.
- Comply with all mandated reporting requirements and communicate concerns appropriately.
- Perform all other duties as assigned or appropriate to the position.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
