We are seeking a committed Caregiver to join our team. Your role will involve providing care and clinical services aligned with each resident’s assessment and care plan, delivered with kindness, compassion, and joy.

Essential Duties:
  • Assist residents with grooming, bathing, dressing, oral care, and other daily needs
  • Change bed linens and maintain grooming supplies in residents' rooms
  • Ambulate and transfer residents using appropriate assistive devices and proper body mechanics
  • Record vital signs, weights, measurements, intake/output, food intake, and other relevant information
  • Turn and position residents regularly; prepare rooms with necessary items such as blankets, pillows, and toiletries
  • Provide shift reports on residents’ conditions
  • Respond promptly and courteously to call lights and buzzers, treating each as an emergency until addressed
  • Seek assistance from the charge nurse when unsure about procedures or situations
  • Respect resident rights, dignity, privacy, confidentiality, and active participation
  • Honor resident choices and handle property respectfully
  • Address residents by proper names unless otherwise requested; avoid pet names
  • Report unusual occurrences or significant changes in residents’ physical or behavioral conditions immediately to the Charge Nurse, ADON, or DON
Work Experience Requirements:
  • Prior experience in personal care within a healthcare setting preferred
  • Effective verbal and written English communication skills
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment and interpersonal skills
  • Build good relationships with residents and coworkers
  • Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned
