Caregiver Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities, simple treatments, and emotional health or behavioral issues as indicated in service plans.
• Assist in developing and revising service plans by informing supervisors of current resident needs and successful approaches.
• Observe and report resident problems to the LPN or Medication Tech/Aid.
• Attend onboarding, training, and team meetings as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Wellness Director.
