Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on support and engage residents in daily activities at our Schaumburg, IL location. You will follow Individualized Service Plans, assist with ADLs, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes compassion, reliability, and clear communication with families and care leaders, including Memory Care experiences. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow ISP and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss

Pay Range: 15.50 - 19.40
