Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Naperville, IL is seeking a caring Caregiver to provide hands-on support to residents, assisting with daily living activities while fostering a warm, respectful atmosphere.

You will follow individualized care plans, promote safety and independence, engage residents in daily activities, support dining, and collaborate with families and care teams. Sunrise offers paid training, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss

Pay Range: 15.50 - 19.40
