Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in River Forest, IL seeks a compassionate Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities, promote safety and dignity, and engage them through conversation and activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss

Pay Range: 15.50 - 19.40

In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses.
