Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide hands-on personal care and build meaningful relationships with residents. You will assist with daily activities, follow ISP guidelines, and contribute to a safe, dignified environment.

We value compassion, reliability, and clear communication with residents, families, and care teams. This role includes involvement in Memory Care activities and daily living support, in a collaborative, supportive setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; must be 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

What We’re Looking For

Pay Range: 15.50 - 19.40

In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses. The eligibility to receive such a bonus will depend on the employee’s position, plan/program offered by Sunrise at the time, and required performance pursuant to the plan/program.
