Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to provide 1:1 support in clients' homes, helping with skill-building activities and gentle community outings to support personal goals.

Both full- and part-time opportunities are available. You will follow care plans, communicate clearly, and ensure safe, respectful daily living for recipients in a home environment.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with Recipients in clients' homes, providing support and encouragement, and helping with skill-building activities.
• Assist recipients with community outings to grow and strengthen personal goals outside the home.
