Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to work 1:1 with our Recipients in clients' homes, providing support, encouragement and help with skill-building activities.

You will also help bring recipients into the community to grow and strengthen their personal goals outside the home; Southeast Michigan-based services; full and part-time positions are available.

Qualifications

• Must be compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to follow care plans and work independently.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Able to pass background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home care and support, encouraging skill-building.
