Job summary

Right at Home is hiring care providers to support seniors in their homes. The role requires personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities, including mobility support and transportation to appointments.

A valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required, with full employment background checks and HCA registration assistance offered. We offer flexible scheduling across all days of the week, including short AM/PM shifts, and a positive team environment with opportunities

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Must be able to pass a full employment background check.
• HCA Registration (We can assist at offer of employment).
• TB Skin test (not older than 90 days)

Responsibilities

• Performs personal care activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Ambulation/Transfers (be able to lift 50 lbs).
• Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions.
• Accompany client on errands or medical appointments.
• Performs light housekeeping activities.
• Medication reminders.
• Care of bed-bound clients.
• Use lifting equipment such as Gait Belts, Slide Boards and Hoyer Lifts.
• Provide Companionship.

A homecare aide provides for the maintenance of a safe and clean environment. A homemaker/companion provide non-medical home care which include: bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminder, companionship, transportation to client's doctor appointment, errands, and light housekeeping and so much more!

We are hiring care providers who have the ALL skills and experience with:

Dementia, Hospice, Incontinence, Transfers-Hoyer, Gait, Slide Board.

The career requires your own vehicle to transport clients, valid Driver's License and vehicle insurance.

Our shift needs are all days of the week from Monday to Sunday: AM/PM and short shifts (3-5 hours)

Essential Responsibilities:

Performs personal care activities of daily living. These could include (but are not limited to):
Assist with Dressing/Grooming
