Home Helpers is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to join our Huntington Beach team. If you have a passion for helping seniors stay safe and independent at home, we'd love to hear from you.

We offer flexible full-time or part-time schedules, pay between $18 and $21 per hour with weekly Friday payouts, plus ongoing training and career growth. Join us to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred.
• HCA certification is a plus.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders.
• Transportation to appointments and errands.
• Assist with lifting, transfers, repositioning, and mobility support.
• Follow each client's individualized care plan.
