Senior Helpers of Coastal Orange County is seeking kind and dependable caregivers to support seniors in their homes in Mission Viejo, Laguna Niguel and nearby areas.

Join a supportive, family-oriented team with flexible schedules, part-time or full-time shifts, and comprehensive training. Earn $19–$23 per hour with benefits and bonuses, while making a meaningful difference in your community. Bi-Weekly pay, mileage reimbursement and a welcoming team culture are part of the role.

Qualifications

Compassionate, gentle care for seniors.
Willing to pass background and drug tests.
HCA registration preferred (after hire).
TB test completed recently.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily needs such as bathing and dressing.
Provide friendly conversation and emotional support.
Help with light housekeeping, errands, and medication reminders.
Provide companionship and engage in hobbies or games.
Support independence while ensuring safety and dignity.
Transport to medical appointments and local errands.

Senior Helpers of Coastal OC is seeking a kind and dependable caregiver to assist seniors with their daily routines and help them stay safely and with dignity in their own homes!

Service Area: Mission Viejo, Laguna Niguel and nearby areas

Compensation: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Requirements:

A kind and gentle heart with a compassionate attitude
Experienced in caregiving (professionally or personally), or simply eager to learn
Ability to pass Background Check and Drug Test
Home Care Aide (HCA) registration preferred (can be completed after hire)
Recent negative TB test
Valid driver's license & reliable personal vehicle
