Job summary

Cascade Living Group is seeking a Caregiver for Waterford Grand to help residents with daily life skills and personal care while building meaningful relationships. You will tailor care plans, support routines, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure timely, compassionate care.

• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff.

Job description

As a Caregiverwith Waterford Grand, we're looking for you to build meaningful relationships with our residents by getting to know their personalities and preferences. On a daily basis you'll be relied upon to assist seniors with life skills, maintain and develop personal care plans and recommend level-of-care adjustments.

Whatwelook for in a Caregiver:

• Previous experience working with seniors preferred
• Reliable transportation and dependable when it comes to showing up on time
• Positive attitude and the flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents
• Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families
• Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills

What you can expect to do as a Caregiver:

• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff
• Assist residents in life skills and other life enriching activities as indicated on their individual profile
• Implement residents' personal care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences and preferred routines
• Blend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident's day
• Work with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of the company

$18.00 - $20.00/hour
*Depending on Experience

• Full Time and Part Time openings
• Weekend Availability Required
