Exhava Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to support older adults in their own homes in California. The role focuses on maintaining dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life through daily activities, companionship, and personalized care plans.

You will assist with bathing, grooming, personal care, meal preparation, errands, and mobility, while providing emotional support and ensuring a safe home environment. Past caregiving experience and CA HCA registration are required.

Qualifikationen

• Prior caregiving experience is required.
• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration.
• TB test or chest X-ray as required by applicable regulations.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Aufgaben

• Assist male clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and mobility support.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful social interaction.
• Assist male with meal preparation, feeding when needed, and hydration.
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment, including light housekeeping and linen changes.
• Assist male clients with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation when required.
• Follow individualized care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to the care team.
• Promote client dignity, comfort, safety, and independence at all times.

You will assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, personal care, companionship, meal preparation, errands, and other needs based on their individual care plans.

What You’ll Do

Requirements
