Job summary

Exhava Home Care is looking for compassionate, dependable, and caring home care aides to provide quality support to aging adults in the comfort of their own homes.

You will help clients feel safe, comfortable, respected, and supported in daily routines, from personal care and mobility to meals and companionship.

If you are available Monday through Friday and have a heart for caregiving, we would love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Active California HCA registration is required.
• Current TB test or chest X-ray as per regulations.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance when applicable.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mobility, toileting, personal care, and incontinence care.
• Monitor client safety and provide companionship.
• Assist with daily routines and activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment.
• Document care activities and communicate concerns or changes to the care team.
• Provide respectful, compassionate care while maintaining client dignity and independence.
