Job summary

Papa Inc. is looking for flexible, meaningful part-time opportunities for Papa Pals to provide companionship and support to older adults and families. You choose when and whether to accept visits, balancing other jobs, school, caregiving, or personal commitments.

Visits can include transportation, in-home support, companionship, and errands, with earnings up to $22/hr. You must be 21+, have a valid US driver's license, pass a background check, and own a reliable vehicle with current auto

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid U.S. drivers license
• Must complete a background check
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Access to a reliable vehicle (model year 2009 or newer), with active auto insurance meeting platform requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation to local destinations
• Offer non-medical companionship (conversations, walks, games, etc.)
• Assist with light in-home tasks (tidying, laundry, meal prep)
• Accompany clients on errands and outings
