Papa Inc. invites you to join its network of Papa Pals for flexible, part-time visits with older adults and families. Provide non-medical companionship, help with daily tasks, and enjoy meaningful connections on your schedule.

As an independent contractor, you choose which visits to accept and when to work. No professional caregiving experience is required, just a caring attitude and reliability. Earn up to $22/hr, with typical earnings $13–$17/hr plus bonuses, depending on visit type and

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid U.S. driver's license
• Must complete a background check
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Access to a reliable vehicle (model year 2009 or newer), with active auto insurance meeting platform requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide rides to local destinations.
• Engage in conversation, companionship, and light social activities.
• Assist with light, non-medical daily tasks (tidying, laundry, meal prep).
