Job summary

Papa Inc. is seeking compassionate individuals to join as Papa Pals for part-time, flexible visits in your area. No professional caregiving experience required; you’ll choose when to accept visits to support older adults and families with daily tasks and companionship.

Visits may include transportation, non-medical companionship, in-home support, and errands. Compensation ranges from $13–$22 per hour depending on visit type and location, with potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Must complete a background check.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Access to a reliable vehicle (model year 2009 or newer) with active auto insurance meeting platform requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide rides to local destinations.
• Engage in non-medical companionship and conversation, or participate in activities.
• Offer light in-home support with daily tasks (tidying, laundry, meal prep).
• Accompany individuals on errands and outings.
