Job summary

Papa Inc. is seeking friendly part-time Papa Pals to provide non-medical companionship and light support to older adults and families. You choose when to work and which visits to accept, creating a flexible schedule around your other commitments.

Visits include transportation, in-home support, and errands, with typical earnings reporting between $13–$17/hr and potential bonuses. A background check, valid driver’s license, and reliable vehicle are required. Independent contractor status applies.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Background check required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Access to reliable vehicle with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical companionship and help with light tasks.
• Run errands, assist with daily activities, and transportation as needed.
