REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family in Minnesota, offers rewarding caregiver roles that support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The wage is $16.00 per hour for full-time positions.

Shifts include Monday 4pm-8pm and other evenings, with every other weekend 2pm-10pm. You'll build relationships, enable community participation, and help with daily living, budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Education not required
• Ability to assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities
• Excellent communication and reliability are essential

Responsabilités

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities
• Support participants with behavioral challenges and complex needs
• Encourage participation in community activities and routines
• Help participants achieve developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
