REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, seeks a compassionate caregiver in Minnesota to support individuals with developmental needs. You’ll assist with daily living, promote independence, and help participants participate in community activities.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma not required.
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care or care coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants in achieving developmental goals like budgeting, exercise and nutrition.
• Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.
• Collaborate with supervisors and care teams to ensure quality support.
