Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC is seeking a dependable Floater to support clients and caregivers across our service area. The role covers call-offs, client wellness visits, and new client starts, with hands-on care as needed.

The position offers a flexible schedule with two options and a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week. Must be able to respond to last-minute staffing needs and travel across the service area.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates flexibility to work in different environments and schedules.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients and staff.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in all duties.
• Able to manage changing schedules and travel within the service area.
• Experience collaborating with caregivers and office teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cover caregiver call-offs and open shifts.
• Conduct client check-ins and wellness visits.
• Complete supervisory visits as assigned.
• Assist with caregiver introductions and new client starts.
• Provide personal care, companionship, and ADL assistance.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely communication.
• Represent the agency professionally in clients’ homes.
