A home care service provider is seeking a full-time 'Floater' caregiver to assist individuals with disabilities in their daily living activities. The role requires flexible scheduling, personal care skills, and the ability to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to read and write.
• Must possess the ability to provide personal care to individuals with disabilities.
• Must be willing to work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must have personal transportation.
• Must be able to pass Criminal and Child Abuse Clearances.
• Must support the Mission and Vision of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist consumers with essential activities of daily living.
• Provide support for health and safety of consumers in home and community settings.
• Report any concerns related to consumers or their home environment.
