Qualifications

• Experience in home care, caregiving, CNA/HHA, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to work independently and manage changing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Cover caregiver call-offs and open shifts.
• Conduct client check-in and wellness visits.
• Complete supervisory visits as assigned.
• Assist with caregiver introductions and new client starts.
• Provide personal care, companionship, and assistance with ADLs.
• Observe and report changes in clients' conditions to the office.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely communication.
• Represent the agency professionally in clients' homes and the community.
