Visiting Angels of Fredericksburg is seeking compassionate Companion Care Providers, PCAs, HHAs, CNAs, and Skilled Care Professionals for part-time and full-time roles in the Fredericksburg area.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in healthcare, home care, or related settings.
• Active PCA/NA/CNA certification or license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to one-on-one client care.
• Ability to pass state background check, references, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care (hygiene, bathing, dressing, eating).
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals.
• Assist with mobility and transfers inside/outside the home.
• Administer medication reminders and assist with errands.
• Engage clients in meaningful daily activities and companionship.
• Respond quickly and appropriately in emergencies.

• Ability to pass a state-mandated background check, reference check, and drug screen.
