Job summary

AccentCare in Payson, AZ is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee in-home personal care services across Payson, Strawberry, Pine and Star Valley. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. Salary: $19.00–$19.75 per hour plus mileage.

Remote/Virtual: No. You will supervise caregivers, conduct in-home visits to ensure care meets quality standards, lead orientations, welcome new clients, and coordinate with clients, families and office staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support client care: Conduct in-home visits to ensure care meets quality standards and compliance needs.
• Guide and train caregivers: Lead caregiver orientations, support new hires, and serve as the go-to resource for staff in the field.
• Welcome new clients: Meet families, assess needs, and help design personalized care plans.
• Be the bridge: Communicate between clients, caregivers, and office staff to ensure everyone feels supported and connected.
• Problem-solve in the field: Step in when challenges arise and find solutions that keep care consistent and compassionate.
